Amanda is also a devoted wife to her longtime love Justin, and a loving mother to their sweet daughter.

An experienced hairstylist with nearly 20 years in the industry. Trained under notable professionals like Johnny Ramirez and Ahn Co Tran. Studied at the Unite Academy and learned from expert lines such as R+Co and is a certified Kevin Murphy Session Stylist. She specializes in creating lived-in hairstyles that enhance natural beauty. Enjoys building meaningful connections through quality one-on-one time with her clients. Raymie is married to her husband Joe. They have three beautiful children and love spending time together.

Stylist + Colorist, Bridal Specialist

15 years of professional experience behind the chair and 26 years of bridal and formal styling experience. Her passion for Bridal and formal styling was the catalyst for her to pursue cosmetology as a career. She excels in creating dimensional brunette and blonde balayage styles.

She is committed to continuing her education, attending classes each year, to bring the latest color and cutting trends and skills to her clients in the salon. Julie grew up in Loudoun county Va, married her high school sweetheart Jason, and they settled in Winchester Va with their son Reid.

Meet Moe! Moe is a passionate hairstylist with an unwavering zest for life. She believes each appointment is not just a service but a chance to uplift and create connections with her clients. Moe strives to create an environment where her clients feel seen and heard and leave feeling beautiful and confident. She has learned from some of the top elite hairstylists in the Northern Virginia area, which has helped her develop her skills and confidence. She loves the ever-evolving world of “lived-in” color and has found a new passion for blonding. She graduated from Paul Mitchell, The School Nashville, and holds a certification in Brazilian Blowouts. She tied the knot with her high school sweetheart in 2013, and together, they joyfully welcomed three beautiful babies into their lives.

Abigail is excelling in her second year as a cosmetologist. A graduate from The Temple, a Paul Mitchell partner school, she has worked closely with seasoned master stylists to enhance her skill set and education. She enjoys all things blonde, lived in, natural color or balayage, and is certified in weft extensions! She loves to help her clients achieve effortless styles with color that will enhance their natural beauty and glow! Abigail is a born and raised Loudoun County native. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and loves to do anything outdoors. Especially with her two family dogs, Deacon and Henry.

Stylist + Colorist Extensionist

Meet Lydia! With 3 years of industry experience, her talent in the cosmetology field is evident based on both her skill level as well as her ability to make strong costumer relations. Lydia excels in both hair cutting as well as color, with a focus particularly in dimensional hair color, highlighting, balayage, and weft extensions. Lydia holds her certification of education at Paul Mitchell Academy, and has worked closely with master stylists to grow her craft. Originally born in Maryland to a military family, she spent her childhood overseas in Kaiserslautern, Germany . Now back to the DMV area, doing what she loves.

Meet Kim! For over two decades, Kim devoted herself to being a stay-at-home mom, raising her three amazing adult children. When she embarked on this new journey, she found fulfillment within the vibrant culture and hospitality of the salon industry, getting to work alongside professional, independent, and vibrant women. Her salon family is a source of empowerment, and she cherishes the meaningful connections she gets to make with clients every day.

Outside of the salon, Kim is on the go! Whether it's sweating it out during a workout session, taking leisurely long walks, basking in the sun at the beach, or whipping up delicious treats in the kitchen.
